One inbox · a person reads it

Contact Homely

Write to info@homely.je or use the form below — both land in the same inbox, and both are read by a person. Homely is an independent index of 1,648 Jersey listings run by Granite Digital, not an estate agency.

Before you write

We cannot arrange a viewing. Homely publishes what Jersey’s estate agents advertise; we do not act for any seller or landlord, hold any keys, or pass on offers. Every listing on the site names the agency selling or letting it, with a link straight to them — that is who to ask about a particular property.

What happens after you send it

Two of these carry a published commitment and two do not, and it is worth knowing which is which before you write.

Published commitment

If you are an estate agent

We acknowledge within 2 working days, stop crawling your site on receipt, take your listings down within 5 working days and delete our copies of your photographs within 30 days. You do not have to explain why.

Terms, clause 6

Published commitment

If it is about your own data

We respond within four weeks, free of charge — Article 27(1) of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018. If we need longer we will tell you inside that period and say why.

Privacy policy

No published timescale

If a listing is wrong

Publishing the fields other portals drop is the whole point of the site, so a record we have read wrongly is the thing we most want to hear about. There is no published response time — that is a statement of priority, not a date.

No published timescale

Anything else

No published response time, and we would rather say so than invent one. Somebody reads everything that arrives and you will get a real reply, not a second automatic one.

Who you are writing to

Homely is operated by Granite Digital, Jersey company registration number 36294, which is also the data controller named in our privacy policy. There is one address — info@homely.je — and it takes enquiries, corrections, agency takedown requests and data protection requests alike. There is no phone number and no office to visit; a two-person index that pretended otherwise would just be a number nobody answers.
